Mountain Rwenzori in Uganda can be hiked/ climbed anytime around the year although the Best Time Climb the Mountain is during the dry season in the months of January, February and March since during these months, the trails are navigable and dry making movement easy.

By Road

Mountain Rwenzori is located a few kilometers in the Northern region of the prominent Equator along the Uganda-Congo border. Ruboni is located can be accessed from Kampala from the North via Fort Portal or South through Mbarara and Queen Elizabeth National Park. Nyakalengija is 17 kilometers off the Kasese-Fort Portal Main Road.
